Rooms and Rates
Room 10, the lakefront bedroom, is immediately adjacent to the main deck and hot spa and provides a shower bathroom, refrigerator, microwave coffee maker and flat screen TV. This room is for 2 guests.
Room 9, the lakefront studio, is located on the main deck, which makes it a favorite for those wanting easy access to the fishing spots and hot spa. It has a bathtub in the bathroom, flat screen TV and kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dining table. The studio accommodates 2 guests.
Rooms 3-7, the 5 lakefront suites, are located on the upstairs level adjacent to the parking lot with a queen bed and queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace heater, shower bathroom, full kitchen and dining table, flat screen TV and balcony overlooking the large deck and Donner Lake. 4 guests may occupy the suites.
The lakefront townhouse, which covers, rooms 1,2 and 8 is a 2 story unit providing a queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, a 4 bed bunkroom two bathrooms, gas fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and flat screen TV, with an upstairs entrance from parking area and a balcony and a downstairs sliding door leading on the the main deck. The Townhouse contains beds for 8 guests though 6 is the maximum recommended number.

Reservation terms:
All rates are based on double occupancy.
Each additional guest in excess of 2 per room is charged $20
The Town of Truckee imposes a 10% occupancy fee on all charges.
Check in time is 2:00 PM.Check out time is 11:00 AM.
Check out time is 11:00 AM.Cancellations may be made more than 14 days in advance of the scheduled reservation for a refund of the deposit, less a $35.00 service charge.
Cancellations within 14 days of reservation are charged the entire deposit.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
Loch Leven is a non smoking facility.
Reservations will be confirmed with receipt of a deposit of the first night's stay .
Visa and Master Card are accepted.
Minimum stays apply on weekend and holidays.
