RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with receipt of a deposit. The deposit is the first night stay. We gladly accept Visa or MasterCard. Minimum 2 night stay on weekends, 3 night minimum for holidays.

CANCELLATIONS must be made at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive a refund of deposit, less a $35 cancellation fee. Deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

CHECK-IN anytime after 2PM.

CHECK-OUT time is 11AM.

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets.

The Town of Truckee has a 10% occupancy tax.
